BACK TO CHILDHOOD
Role: Chef, Storyteller
In collaboration with the Shanghai Social Supply, our team developed a menu inspired by childhood for a group of Chinese educators and affiliates of Maitao, a children's learning and travel experience platform.
We invited diners to make their own food art and to consider the experience of dining through the lens of a child. We served them on archetypical Chinese school cafeteria trays and expressed our values for art, Earth and dreams through delightful food presentations.
